Formed in 2014, Lossiemouth Community Development Trust (LCDT) is a Scottish charity based in Lossiemouth, on the beautiful Moray Coast.
Our projects focus on place and infrastructure in the town. We support the regeneration and improvement of facilities in Lossiemouth, and we support other community groups who seek to to the same. Find out about our projects.
We are an independent community-owned and led, membership organisation, governed by a voluntary board of trustees.ย We have two part-time staff and are supported by a team of cheery volunteers.ย Would you like to get involved?

Johnny Little helped introduce me to Enduro in the 90's. A great man who had time for everyoneโunless they were complaining ๐ He'd say this track separates the men from the boys! Always a tough but rewarding event, well done to the HEC team, slick organisation, quick decisions, & no fluff - job done. The Full Sitrep:
36 years of racing, & nerves still hit. Racing in your 40s means you can't rely on raw youth energy. Despite racing Lossie since 2002, I didn't feel ready. Objective: finish.
Things went sideways early. I lost my front brake on lap two & found out the hard way that Lossiemouth trees still do not budge. We managed a repair thanks to quick-thinking pit crew Jimmy & Linda ๐๐ป Zero chance of staying in the race without you! โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ...& even stayed on schedule ๐ฎ๐ฎ
By lap three, I settled into a rhythm. Title contender Ben Thompson came through, giving me a clear target to lock onto & keeping my mind focused. Cheers for the tow, Ben๐๐ป
Finished Saturday in P5โjust 2 seconds behind one of my young students (well done Jimmer!!! ๐๐ฅ).
Pushed harder Sunday, narrowly taking P3 ahead of old rival & good friend Richard Mair in a packed Scottish Expert class. ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ๐
